Notice COVID19 Vaccine Schedule March 17, 2021

Community Notice   

We are pleased to announce the Vaccination Roll-out will be planned in each of the Communities for the week as follows:

Monday, March 29 – for Frenchman’s Head – aged 18 yrs and up

Tuesday, March 30 – for Frenchman’s Head –  aged 18 yrs and up

Wednesday, March 31 – for Kejick Bay –  aged 18 yrs and up

Thursday, April 1, 2021 – for Whitefish Bay – aged 18 yrs and up

On Monday, March 22^nd, Consent Forms will be available for in-person pick up at the Pandemic office at the Lac Seul Events Centre and the local clinics.

The Consent Form will be available for downloading and printing off the community webpage by the 22^nd of March. If you haven’t yet signed up, please contact your local clinics, or Vaccination Leads  - Derek Maud & Liz Kejick @ 808-2470 exe. 201/202

For our Band Members residing in Hudson & Sioux Lookout, the Northwest Health Unit have allocated vaccines for the Urban Indigenous/Off-Reserve population. Their announcement will be coming soon for dates and locations.
