COVID-19 Update

We have been made aware that there are active cases of COVID-19 in Sioux Lookout and the surrounding region. While the province has begun easing some restrictions, we urge you to remain vigilant and continue to do your part to keep the virus out of our community. We stress the importance of remaining in the community to avoid the risk of exposure to COVID-19. We encourage you to enjoy the outdoors but ask you to avoid any non-essential travel outside of the community.

FMH Road Bridge Schedule Effective June 17

Monday to Saturday 10:00AM – 6:00PM

Sunday – CLOSED

The Bridge will be closed on Sunday. ONLY emergency vehicles will be allowed to pass through with NO exceptions. If you require emergency assistance, please call an ambulance or Telehealth Ontario 1-866-797-0000. We remind you that only residents and staff are permitted to enter the community.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will update you as new information comes in. We thank you for your cooperation as we work together to keep our communities healthy and safe.
